Stone Oak is a master planned development located in San Antonio just north of FM Loop 1604 and to the west of US Highway 281. This neighborhood is known as a predominantly affluent neighborhood and boasts many gated communities, high end businesses, and eloquent shopping.

While considered to be the “start” of hill country, this area offers beautiful landscape throughout the area including street medians, neighborhood foliage, and more. Many if not all businesses utilize recycled water to continue their landscape water fountains.
It is home to a variety of different people and families. In a 2010 census, it was found that there were 22,670 households and out of those, 17,631 were family households living here. The average household income for Stone Oak was $107,490.
Shopping in Stone Oak doesn’t get any easier. Located just inside 1604 and Blanco is a MASSIVE H-E-B Plus. All around loop 1604 you can find just about any type of shop you’re looking for. Whole Foods, Target, Toys-R-Us, and more enjoy the Stone Oak space.
There are PLENTY of beautiful and tasty restaurants to enjoy. There are many different types of food that you can choose from such as pizza from DoubleDaves, Milano Italian Grill, and Zoes Kitchen.
